This was 2001, I had been telling hubby all week that the tree looked like it was leaning. But of course, he thought it looked perfectly straight. So, on Christmas morning, after we were half way through opening gifts, the tree fell. But, only two ornaments broke, I couldn't believe it, I thought they would all be broken.
M and I are always saying that A reminds us of T when she was little. This is T when she was about one year old. Just something about her teeth, her smile and dimples. Of course T had dark hair and darker complexion. But they both have that mischievous look in their eyes.
This is A at eleven months.
K took A to see Santa yesterday. She said that A was fine until she looked around and saw who was holding her and then she just lost it.

Cute pics of C and Karlie.
I put my Christmas wreath on the door today. That is about as much decorating as I have done. T and hubby put the tree up while T was here but I have not decorated it yet. Hopefully, I will do that this weekend. But, I do have at least half of my shopping done and wrapped.
T, hubby and I went to a Christmas parade in a small town nearby last night. It didn't have very many floats. I guess I was kind of disappointed. I had not been to a Christmas parade since I left the small town I grew up in. I use to enjoy the Christmas parade so much in my small town. It did bring back memories, seeing the little kids run into the street to retrieve the candy that had been thrown out. Even one float threw out stuffed animals. We took lots of pictures but these were the only two that wasn't really dark.

T was the only one that came for Thanksgiving this year. But, we sure were glad to have her with us. M and family are at hubby's parents house in North West Missouri. K and family are spending it with friends. We had lots of food. Lots of leftovers so I will not have to cook any more this weekend. We are stuffed. Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving.
