MISS ABBY/KARATE TOURNAMENT

THE HIDEAWAY

They just opened a new HIDEAWAY Pizza in N Little Rock. The first location outside of Oklahoma. It is like they followed us to Arkansas. The original Hideaway was located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Tracy was invited to the soft opening because she is an alumni of Oklahoma State and now lives in a suburb of Little Rock.She was allowed to bring extra people. So Melvin, Kim,  Abby and I also went.

Their famous fried mushrooms. Abby was not a big fan of them but she did like their pizza and the desert.

FALL

Fall is definitely in the air, but the trees are not really beginning to turn at all in Central Arkansas.  The cooler temperatures are nice though.  We have set a few mums around but probably won't do a lot of decorating this year.  I hope to get Abby over for a photo shoot later later on in October.

K C TRIP

We traveled to Kansas City over the weekend to watch Carter play baseball and Karlie play soccer. Carter had two baseball games on Saturday and Karlie had a soccer game on Saturday and another one on Sunday. Carter's team won their first game on Saturday but lost their second game. Karlie won their game on Saturday 4-1 with Karlie scoring two goals and an assist. They lost their game on Sunday.

On Sunday it rained but we did end up going to the Cider Mill Festival in a nearby town.  It was a little muddy but I think Carter and Karlie had fun.  They got to watch them make apple cider and also drink it.  I think Karlie's favorite was the apple cider donuts.

It had really cooled down which made it nice.  Karlie, Michelle, Carter and Tracy.

CARTER/BASEBALL

Our grandson Carter's baseball team. Carter is on the back row, 2nd from right. I thought the photographer did a cute job taking the picture. We will be going to watch Carter play this weekend and also watch Karlie play soccer.
